Funding

Through its project funding, inm supports Berlin's independent contemporary music scene and helps maintain and strengthen Berlin as an international hub for contemporary music. An independent jury, elected for two years at a time by the membership of inm, decides on the allocation of funds for project funding, subject to the decision on the respective budget of the State of Berlin. In total, inm receives approximately 420,000 euros annually from the Senate Department for Culture and Europe.
